Experienced Pharmaceutical Recruiter

Lincoln Healthcare are looking for an Experienced Pharmaceutical Recruiter with commercial recruitment experience to join our Healthcare recruitment team in our Dublin 2 office.

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for experienced Recruitment Consultants with 3 + years’ experience in a recruitment role.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to demonstrate leadership, attention to detail and strong personal motivation to see tasks fully completed. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results for our client. You will be the dedicated account manager for the clients within your specialist field of recruitment. Job Functions:

As a member the Lincoln Healthcare Team, the Recruiter will build and extend candidate relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.

• You have 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Recruitment
• You thrive on delivering results for your clients & candidates
• You know the value of daily and planned Business Development, Candidate Engagement & Networking activities to achieve in your role.
• You enjoy learning new systems, new approaches & digital skills to reach clients and in-demand talent
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in the Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech/MedTech Industry
• Preferred Experience in the Staffing / Consultancy Industry. Internal hiring and/or experience in permanent hires is welcomed.
• Proven experience of extensive direct sourcing using up to date sourcing methods.
• The ability to work in a highly competitive environment which requires an individual who can work under pressure and autonomously.
• You value autonomy to get things done & seek out coaching or support when needed.
• You work well with a small team and maximise job visibility and your role as a trusted recruitment agent using web and social platforms

Duties Will Include:

• Identify and manage potential candidate communication and attraction strategies to include but not limited to recruitment platforms and social media
• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Conduct phone screening calls and interviews
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
• Manage and update our CRM & Database
• Deal with Contract or Permanent opportunities
• Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, internal database, and social medial platforms
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Involved in various stages of the Recruitment process which includes scheduling of candidate interviews, completing reference checks, and onboarding of candidates
• Maintain a high level of communication especially during phone screening of candidates, interviews, and when conducting reference checks.
• Organise and coordinate candidate interviews and meetings with clients.
• Ad hoc duties when required
